Project Description

John Crawford & Co (Mechanical) Ltd are undertaking the Low Temperature Hot Water Heating Installation, as a sub-contractor to Castle Building Services. This includes the installation of Mild Steel Pipework (welded and screwed) from the Roof to the Plantroom and Distribution Pipework to all areas of the school.

The system includes the installation new Air Source Heat Pumps, Circulating Pumps, Pressurisation Units, Expansion Vessels, Buffer Vessels, Plate Heat Exchangers, Radiators and Radiant Heating Panels. All Copper Water Services Pipework within the Plantrooms is also being undertaken including the connection from the Cold-Water Storage Tanks to the Booster Sets.

The project is ongoing with completion due by April 2025.
