Project Description

John Crawford & Co (Mechanical) Ltd have undertaken the Above Ground Drainage, Water Services, Heating Pipework and Chilled Water Pipework together with the Sanitary Ware Installations as a sub-contractor to N G Bailey Ltd.
This included the installation of uPVC pipe and fittings for the Above Ground Drainage and Stainless-Steel Pressfit Pipework for the Water Services, Heating and Chilled Water Services Installations.

We were also responsible for the installation of an additional chiller unit for the cooling of the domestic water installation on Phase 1.

The project was completed in late summer of 2024.
