Project Description
John Crawford & Co (Mechanical) Ltd have completed the Above Ground Drainage and Water Services Pipework Installation, together with supply and installation of the Sanitary Ware and appliances as a sub-contractor to Balfour Beatty Kilpatrick.
For the Above Ground Drainage, the work included the installation of uPVC pipe and fittings for the main drainage stacks and uPVC pipework for the low-level run outs.
The Water Services Pipework was installed in press-fit stainless-steel pipework for the plantroom, risers, main distribution, and final fix to appliances.
The works were completed on programme and within budget in late summer 2022.
