Project Description
John Crawford & Co (Mechanical) Ltd have completed the Above Ground Drainage, Rainwater Pipework and supply and installation of the Sanitary Ware as a sub-contractor to Taylor and Fraser Ltd.
The Above Ground Drainage main stacks utilised electrofusion HDPE pipework with uPVC low level run outs to Sanitary Ware and appliances. Cast-Iron Drainage Pipework has been installed in some locations internally and externally. The Rainwater Pipework was installed utilising electrofusion HDPE and the water services utilising copper pipework. The Sanitary Ware is a of high specification with Lovair wash hand basins and wash troughs complete with sensor flow taps.
The project was ongoing during the pandemic, we commenced our works on site in January 2022 and completed the works in December 2024.
