Project Description

John Crawford & Co (Mechanical) Ltd are undertaking the Above Ground Drainage, Branch-Line Water Services, together with installation of the Sanitary Ware as a sub-contractor to N G Bailey Ltd.

For the Above Ground Drainage, the work includes the installation of acoustic DB20 pipe and fittings for the main drainage stacks and uPVC pipework for the low level run outs and condensate pipework. For the water services we are carrying out the installation of the branch-line pipework, the service drops and valve arrangements together with all final fix to appliances and installation of sanitaryware. We are also installing the main service riser pipework throughout the building.

The works are ongoing, to be complete early 2025.
