Project Description

John Crawford & Co (Mechanical) Ltd are currently working on the installation of the Above Ground Drainage, Condensate Drainage, Internal Rainwater Pipework, Water Services and supply and installation of the Sanitary Ware and appliances as a sub-contractor to F E S Ltd.  

For the Above Ground Drainage, the work includes the installation of uPVC pipe and fittings for the main drainage stacks, the low-level run outs together with high level condensate pipework.

The water services are being installed in copper press-fit pipework for the plantroom, risers, main distribution, and final fix to appliances.  We are supplying and installing all Sanitary Ware and appliances.  

Our installation works commenced in late summer 2024 and are due to be complete for spring 2025.
