John Crawford & Co (Mechanical) Ltd were responsible for the full Plumbing & Mechanical Installation, Commissioning and the installation of bespoke Sanitary Ware on this prestigious property. This included the installation of all Above Ground Drainage, Water Services, Low Temperature Hot Water Heating, Ventilation and associated Thermal Insulation to pipework and ductwork.

The system includes the installation of two new High Efficiency Gas Boilers, Circulating Pumps, Pressurisation Units, Expansion Vessels, Buffer Vessels, Plate Heat Exchangers, Underfloor Heating, Heat Interface Units, Radiators, Heat Recovery Units, External Water and Gas Pipe, Cold-Water Storage Tank and Booster Set.
